Online Workshop: SPIRITUAL EXPANSION
These 3 month offerings explore 3 different complex topics, within which we dive deeply into the shadow, transforming the blocks into advantages, weaknesses into strengths, and hurt into healing. You are invited to join as we gain resonance and stride with our soul’s longings, and as we cast manifestation intentions outward from these longings.
Working from a perspective that we all have emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual aspects - this medicine works with expansion into the spiritual realm and with re-sourcing there.

Welcome to this Winter-Spring Bridge Spiritual Expansion, 3-month workshop!
The main themes of this 3-month container are inspired by the transitions that occur between Winter and into the arrival of Spring and our presence within this transition - which can naturally be a period of agitation but also new possibility. This ecocentric approach offers us new relationship with the cycles of nature and what they continually offer us as teachings.
Additionally, this time period will see us from the Year of the Rabbit into the Year of the Dragon.
Each of the months “begins” with a guided Expansion Journey the Sunday before the new moon.
Throughout the month, and with the current themes, there are questions posed for journaling, integration recommendations, and rituals to help bring the unseen into the seen world where we live. To help it land, root, and grow.

Welcome to this 2 + 1/2 hour workshop!
This is a 2 1/2 hour workshop, held virtually, attended from the comfort of your own setting. It includes inquiries helping you to reach into the textures of your purpose, from your current day access point in your life.
This process honors that we all have unique purpose and, in shamanic terms - medicine & magic. We all have abilities and gifts, things we long to bring forward in this incarnation. What are we doing here? What are these gifts? Where are we in the honing process?
The workshop is held real-time, offered again and again, a nod to how we are ever-evolving and at different realization points throughout our lives and thus offering something to the participant at each time it is held, and with each evolution of the workshop.
The workshop also offers opportunity for healing of discovered blockages. There will be journaling involved, expansion, growth, and awareness.
